Bharat Signage provides digital signage software for playing and managing media on supported devices. We do not provide or guarantee any hardware equipment unless explicitly stated.
All media content displayed using Bharat Signage is uploaded or created solely by the user. The user confirms they own or have the rights to use such content.
The user takes full legal responsibility for all content displayed on their screens.
Bharat Signage is not responsible for any legal claims, damages, penalties, or disputes arising from the user’s content.
Bharat Signage provides software only. We are not responsible for hardware performance, malfunction, overheating, burn-in, or any physical damage to devices used with our software.
All payments for subscriptions, licenses, and activation services are non-refundable.
If a device stops functioning, Bharat Signage is not obligated to provide a refund as we only provide access to software features.
Performance may vary depending on hardware and operating system. Occasional downtime may occur due to updates or maintenance.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Unauthorized access caused by user negligence is not the responsibility of Bharat Signage.
Bharat Signage is not liable for losses such as revenue loss, business interruptions, device damage, or data corruption.
Total liability, if required by law, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days.
Bharat Signage may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, uploads illegal content, or misuses the service.
Bharat Signage may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
